How do I upload my current manual?

At any time during the onboarding process, you may send us your compliance manual and we will upload it into our Policies feature for you. This is not an ongoing service, given your policies -- once loaded into Complect -- are supposed to be modified and tracked on our platform going forward.

If you don't want to use our concierge service, then you can upload it by creating a new policy for each policy in your compliance manual and pasting the text of your policy inside it. We automatically generate a cover page and table of contents for you, so you do not need to create a new policy for those pages.
