What do I do if I forgot my password?
It happens to the best of us.
From the Sign In page, click the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
Then, you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Complect account and click the Verify button. We will send you an email with a special link to reset your password.
When you click the Reset Password button in the email, you'll be directed to your tokenized Reset Password page and asked to type in your new password. Click the Submit button and your password will be reset and you'll be redirected back to the Sign In page.
For security reasons, we only allow a user to reset password through the tokenized Reset Password page sent to their email account. If you no longer have access to that email account, then you will need to reach out to us at email@example.com for alternative account verification and assistance.
