How do I pick a plan?

Focus on the features.

Think about what parts of your compliance program you need extra help with and look for a plan that has features related to it. For example, are you looking for a way to have specific employees be responsible for logs but allow you to review the entries? How about a pre-approval system that gets rid of the need to save down those approval or denial emails or saving a note to file? Then, our Business plan is your best bet even as a two man team. However, if you don't mind doing things the analog way and saving down emails, paper forms, notes then a lower tier plans would work for you no matter your company size.

It's about what's easiest for you and your business. We aren't here to judge...much.

Should all my employees be a user?

We recommend that all people in your firm (including independent contractors and interns) who are subject to your compliance policies and procedures should be considered a user and purchased a seat.
For a lot of businesses, this means all of their employees. However, if only some of your employees (or independent contractors and interns) are not subject to the compliance policies and procedures, then they don't need access to Complect. Save the moolah!
